The house on the hill, this is such a great house on a beautiful lot. Because of the age of this house, it has some great features, like high ceilings, hardwood floors. We added a master bath, rear deck, new windows, and finished out the third floor attic. We had to drywall the entire house due to paneling and crumbling plaster on the walls.
