In a desperate move in the end of 2020 to buy a house so that we have work, we bought a house in Lebanon City. We were cautious and not very optimistic that we would be able to do a fixer upper in the city and make a profit. But we were pleasantly surprised with how this project turned out and although the challenge is great we have accepted the challenge to change the face of Lebanon City.

These old houses have certain characteristics like high ceilings, solid wood floors and much more that make these projects more rewarding. We love the modern boho style of 347 N 5th st. Check it out!

Did you know houses have feelings? Well not really, but kinda. The Bay Beauty did not like our original modern designs and as we were in the renovation process we kept exposing more and more brick because the plaster just kept falling off and was not secure. This forced us to make different design decisions and we added other more rustic elements like an exposed lathe wall, dark green kitchen with cement/quartz countertops, etc. So this house is more of a modern rustic style which is a little different for us. But we think it turned out amazing and we are excited that Lebanon is now just a little more beautiful!
